Your Role at JDA As an Instructional Designer at JDA, you will develop classroom training and eLearning using effective instructional design methodologies to meet learning goals of employees, customers, and partners. The nature of training content will be product specific, functional, technical, and processcentric only.
Key Skills > Experienced in developing instructorled training and interactive elearning courses using established Instructional Design methodologies > Handling eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia Studio, SnagIt and basic graphic editing > Experience in effective Subject Matter Expert management > Proficient in MS Office > Ability to comprehend softwarerelated content > Excellent command of English language and grammar > Excellent communication verbal and written > Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills > Adaptability to dynamic business needs
Key Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for endtoend development of eLearning and Instructorled training materials > Design and develop effective training materials in compliance with the ADDIE model. - Analyze the source content and work with Subject Matter Experts to create training outline. - Create design documents, storyboards, job aids, and assessments in adherence to approved design standards and templates. - Visualize and develop highly interactive and engaging courses using authoring tools - Review course deliverables - Coordinate with Learning Operations team to deploy and test the courses in the Learning Management System. > Create project plans and manage timelines for the courses assigned > Provide updates and communicate effectively with the Project Leads/Content Manager as requested.
